Controller

High Profile has partnered with our client to find a Controller to be a trusted partner of the CFO and executive leadership. This person will have a proven record of leading an accounting team through growth, change, acquisitions and integrations of acquisitions as well as analytical experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, acquisition reporting and other ad hoc financial and systems analysis. In addition, the role will participate on projects to support new company initiatives, process improvement and automation. The Controller will report to the CFO and is responsible for the company’s accounting functions along with build-out and management of a team. This a hybrid role with a base salary plus bonus potential. Responsibilities:

Accurate and timely financials and reporting to senior management while overseeing financial operations and accounting.

Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting analyses including variance and profitability analysis and management reporting packages. Deliver meaningful financial reports including written analysis articulating key drivers and trends. Prepare budgets and forecasts.

Engage with the senior management team to understand the strategic plan and develop the tactical growth plan for the accounting function.

Help to develop, measure, and manage metrics to drive business performance. Ensure appropriate infrastructure and business integration processes are in place to support continued growth and market expansion. Understand operational drivers of company margin and perform detailed analysis for monthly sales, contribution margins, OPEX and operational metrics (e.G., service tickets/hours, claims, etc.) by service line and for top customers. Interpret and communicate results to stakeholders.
