Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to generate new sales and expand our client base.

Solution Consulting: Collaborate with our technical teams to deliver the best solutions that address client challenges and align with their goals.

Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients while ensuring profitability for SkyTech.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales projections and tracking progress.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales cycle.

Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to management.

Requirements

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue.

Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the technology sector. Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable. Fresh graduates are also welcomed

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineers, or a related field is preferred.

Language: Proficiency in the English language is required.
