SENIOR SALES OFFICER (IT)

Our client is a leading technology solutions firm that provides Information Technology services to other companies.
Scope
The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales, manage existing accounts, identify customer needs, and provide excellent after-sales customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
Set up a sales pipeline to determine the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Identify potential customers through networking initiatives and other mode of communications.
Prepare and deliver sales offers to potential and existing customers.
Prepare regular sales reports as well as sales plans.
Research competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
Lead and manage junior Account Management Executives to achieve sales targets.
Promptly ensure submission of customers purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
Attend training workshops and OEM Certifications to expand industry knowledge.
Requirements
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management or similar fields of study.
Minimum four (4) years of working experience in the same or similar role.
Extensive sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales target.
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification is an added advantage.
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good interpersonal and time management skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Must be proactive and pay attention to details.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
