· Postgraduate (preferable in Hotel Management)
Minimum Experience
· 6 - 8 years of experience in marketing & operations in Hospitality (F & B) industry

Overall Purpose/Objective
Of the job
· Responsible for overall consumption of Fine Dinging Brands, Food Court & OPRs.
· Ensuring right inputs received from customer on experience and brand mix
· Ensuring F & B partners ger benefited in terms of business of all the efforts of Marketing Activation
· To plan 365 days calendar along with F&B brands.
· To curate f&B IP which will build our mall as f&B destination

Key Responsibilities
(List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)
· Manage all Marketing activities for all Fine Dine brands, as well as the food court & OPRs to achieve consumption target.
· Ensure efficiency of them by monitoring the execution and taking feedback from partners as well as customers
· Ensure that activation calendar for each month is in place well in advance and its been signed off between Marketing Team and Brand Partners to ensure consumption target is achieved
· Ensure that all retailers are informed about the Monthly Marketing plan and ensure our Operations team is also engaged and informed to get best outcome of the activations.
· Interact with the retailers daily to understand their consumption and ensure the Activation plan is altered in a way to achieve monthly consumption plan.
· Ensuring smooth execution of Big Spike, Mini Spike & all other Mall events in coordination with F & B partners.
· Get partnership and collaboration at the restaurant to amplify event.
· To work closely with aggregators to ensure f&B visibility and business.
· To work closely with liquor companies to get their partnership and sponsorship.
