Seeking an experienced Nurse to step into a Director role

Behavioral Health experience required

Join a full-service medical and surgical acute care center that is growing and expanding. Currently the hospital is licensed for over 400 beds and is fully accredited, is certified as a Comprehensive Stroke Center and a Quality Top Performer by The Joint Commission in four consecutive years.

Duties and requirements:

Performance improvement; policies and procedures; staffing/productivity; program development; and nursing care for specific patient populations

Works closely with in interdisciplinary team of staff, physicians, and other managers to ensure quality patient care

Guides the staff in the implementation of the nursing process and directs the cost effective allocation of resources

Bachelor's required; Master s degree in Nursing, Psychiatry or Mental Health Preferred

5+ years experience - 2+ in leadership required
