Job Description
Schedule: Fulltime and Part-time shifts available. 40-hour work week between Monday through Friday 4 am to 10 pm; 8 hours per day 5 days per week or 10 hours per day 4 days per week; flexible work schedule. 2nd shift is available (10% added to base pay if interested in 2nd shift position)
Pay Rate: Pay rate is based on experience and could rang from a minimum of $15 to $18 hourly. 10% added to base pay if interested in 2nd shift.
Training: will be conducted during 1st shift; 4-5 hours classroom training and then the rest on the job training for 2-6 weeks based on task and observation & absorption of material.
Job Description Summary:
Performs basic manufacturing operations in which tasks are well established. Follows detailed and clearly defined procedures.
Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to follow written manufacturing instructions and general specifications
Computer skills and use of computer programs
Ability to use a ruler
Ability to work with teammates and be a team player
Ability to follow directions
Ability to soldering or be willing to learn soldering
Ability to work with their hands and in stand for period of time
Ability to use different programs for setups
Ability to understand different types of measurements
Ability to follow proper safety precautions
Ability to read and follow process
Ability to understand the blueprint
Ability to take direction and work with leadership well
Ability to understand the process flow
Understands and effectively utilize desktop applications and manufacturing systems as required
