We are looking for a motivated and Go Getter Territory Sales Manager to play a key role in promoting our services, generating leads, and driving sales. The work involves visiting Corporate Hospitals and Health care facilities to market our branded surgical products.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors/Masters Degree, Preferably with Marketing Specialization

1- 2 years of experience in sales or marketing of Surgical Products

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned territory.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

CTC Range- 3.5- 4 LPA Plus Incentives

For Marketing Manager

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors/Masters Degree, Preferably with Marketing Specialization

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing of Surgical Products

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market research data.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products across different sectors.

Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.

Collaborate with sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives.

Monitor and analyse campaign performance, ROI, and market feedback to optimize marketing efforts.

Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content as needed.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to improve their performance and achieve sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and best practices in sales training methodologies.
