Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM)

A well-known Educational and Research Institution is seeking a Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join their team. This role will involve overseeing IAM infrastructure to ensure secure and efficient access to IT resources and systems.

Term: Full Time/Direct Hire

Location: Los Angeles (open to remote work, but must be onsite about once per month)

Desired Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, or computer science

5+ years of leadership or management experience

Experience solving complex technical issues within set timelines and budgets

Deep knowledge of IAM technologies, as well as directory services, SSO, MFA, and access management experience

Strong communication skills, with the ability to discuss highly complex topics with technical and non-technical leaders
