Bakery Supervisor - Garbutt

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, passionate retail leader to be our full time Bakery Supervisor in Garbutt store . You will be hands-on in your approach and enjoy physical work; ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved. You will be required to work shifts which may include weekends and public holidays.

Experience:

Ability to drive sales, achieve budgets and exceed targets

Understanding of gross profit

Strong merchandising and stock control experience

Excellent communication skills

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills

Good literacy and numeracy skills (for example: ability to calculate hours, conduct stocktakes, comprehend company policies

Excellent Customer Service skills

Preferred

Experience working in a bakery

Fresh experience strongly preferred
