The Junior Sales supervisor is in charge of supervising the execution of 5p's of the traditional channel and guarantees the support to the channel through constant visits and supervision to the customers, for the achievement of sales objectives and profitability of the distribution processes of the company's products.

Carry out the work plans by route and the implementation of the 5'p in the field.

Work together with the distributor's sales force to meet the sales objective.

Analyze sales and distribution results to assess compliance with objectives.

Advise customers and visit them to monitor that they are served by the distributor's salesperson.

Meet the requirements and needs of customers, coordinating the proper functioning of the channels.

Find new customers and coordinate the opening of new routes.

Supervise and control the activities of distribution, sales, promotional and inventory control and rotation of customer products.

Monitor and report on the activities of the competition and suggest action plans.

Coach and train dealer salespeople to obtain expected results and customer service.

Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of sales or comercial activity.

Sales and Marketing Techniques

Good Interpersonal Relations

Fluent English
