Bedaya Training Program is a 12-month introductory workplace program for Emirati university graduates. By rotating through different departments and completing complimentary classroom training, you will gain hands-on experience and build critical skills to then transition into one of our targeted roles.

Requirements:

* We’re not looking for candidates; we’re seeking trailblazers – Computer Science fresh graduates ready to infuse the banking world with energy, passion, and innovative spirit. Familiarity with Compute, Networks, Database, Cloud or DevOps and Passion for infrastructure, systems administration, design and engineering, with a cloud computing and DevOps focus.

As a Graduate Trainee - Technology Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for implementing the design and build of the platform along with all associated components from inception to maturity of the running environment over time.

You will work closely with other Platform and Product teams in educating them on the new Platform, services and features to ensure any transition and consumption is optimal.

Teams work using Agile + DevOps + Product Management methodologies, delivering work packages based on the priority in the backlog.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Work with the wider infrastructure team to ensure consistency of the deliverables.

* Align with Security standards and collaborate on different design forums

* Align with Architecture standards and collaborate on different design forums.

* Work with the wider application and product teams to ensure consistency of the deliverables.

* Align with Data standards and collaborate on different design forums

* Align with Agile standards and collaborate on different design forums.

* Establish an updated stack of standard products.

* Look for improvements and automate where possible.

* Drive Product Roadmaps and backlog.

* Understanding of the long term IT Strategy and ability to work towards that with each project.
