Palm Berries Cornelius General Manager Description

$16-17/hour plus tips (additional $4-5/hour)

Plus 30 hours of paid vacation per year

Plus $100/month coverage of health insurance

Plus inspection bonus maximum of $300

Plus 1%-2% of gross sales every fiscal month when hiring/onboarding

Yearly salary of $55,500 @$16/hour & 35 hours/week

0.5%-1.5% of gross sales every fiscal month when NOT hiring/onboarding

Minimum of 30 hours/week or 5 shifts (Can overlap with shift leads)

Managing Bases Making Process

Making staffing schedules each week & being the main point of contact for employees with scheduling needs (calling out, covering shifts, etc.)

Cash & change Management

Checking cameras periodically to ensure that employees are staying productive, not overwhelmed, and have the right people working

Inventory Management

Facilitating emergency stock-outs

Order all weekly & monthly stock sheet items

Message, interview, hire, train, onboard, oversee & fire employees/shift leaders if needed

Managing misc employee duties

Product quality & control

Ensuring all bowls and blends are up to standard

Oversee food preparations, portion sizes, and overall presentation of products

Employees comply with health and safety standards

Customer Service control

Handling customer complaints

Cleanliness

Ensure all employees are following the deep cleaning schedule

Making sure employees work clean and know how, what, and when to clean

Handling write-Ups

Store Maintenance
