We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager for our Listed Company Client, a Reputed Personal Care -Surgical Products Manufacturing based in Mumbai.
The company is a joint venture with a Germany-based Surgical Products manufacturing company.
We are looking for a highly experienced Regional Manager (Knowledge of Operational Management, Strategic Planning) you oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches within your assigned region. This involves ensuring that each location operates efficiently, meets sales targets, and delivers exceptional customer service. You'll need to regularly communicate with branch managers, provide guidance and support, and ensure company policies and procedures compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors/master's degree, Preferably with Marketing Specialization
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or marketing of Surgical Products
Strong leadership abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Financial acumen and budgeting skills
Ability to multitask and priorities effectively

Responsibilities
Planning and implementing strategies to achieve regional goals and objectives.
Developing and executing business plans that align with the company's vision.
Analyzing market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
Managing and leading a team of branch managers and employees.
Providing guidance and support to branch managers to optimize performance.
Conducting regular performance evaluations and addressing any areas for improvement.
Monitoring and improving operational efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Implementing cost-cutting measures without compromising quality.
Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Acting as a liaison between corporate headquarters and the regional branches.
Handling customer complaints and resolving conflicts promptly.
Analyzing financial data and preparing reports.
Monitoring revenue and expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
Providing accurate and timely financial reports to senior management.
