Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.
Position Summary
This position serves as the primary liaison to the community and other agencies operating within their county of assigned responsibility in terms of identified needs, potential partnerships/collaborations, and assessing opportunities to expand Aspire services in order to better serve the county. This position requires an in-depth understanding of Aspire’s services, clinical programs and practices, while advancing and supporting Aspire’s Mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of related experience OR an Associates degree and two years of related experience in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field from a college/university accredited by the US department of education OR three (3) years related experience in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field
Demonstrated experience in building community partnerships
Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills
Proven experience and connections with community agencies within the county, providers, etc, highly preferred
Previous experience with non-profit behavioral health, substance use or healthcare preferred

Must be able to occasionally work evenings and weekends
Ability to be flexible and work outside normal business hours, as needed
Must have strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, video, or in person
Must be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills and be flexible
Must be able to exhibit a high level of professionalism when working with colleagues
Must possess/maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization
Must have reliable transportation to attend community events, trainings and/or meetings
