Responsibilities:

Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will execute day-to-day operations in support of the business leader(s) for a business unit, market unit, business unit or functional department. This position will support various office functions and coordinate and perform tasks to support the business leader(s). The Marketing Coordinator will represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• E360 Assistance with objective reports, display verifications, file maintenance with Sell sheets and product updates, dashboards, tasks and necessary follow up

• Collaborate with Design Studio for all new graphics and outdated graphics

• Maintain Sales Sheet folders with relevant information

• Monthly Supplier Distro Template Updates

• Monthly Supplier Budget Template Updates

• Document and prepare all supplier sample requests

• New Vendor/Supplier/New Items set up

• MBOs and Incentives

• Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects at one time and able to effectively handle change

• Duties include collection and preparation of information for various operational reports as needed

• Provide confidential administrative support to Management and others as needed

• Demonstrated problem solving skills, ability to positively respond to employee requests

• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1-3 years of related experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Detail oriented, conscientious, and able to work independently

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Bilingual (English and Spanish)
