The Total Rewards Intern works as an apprentice under the direction of the Director of Compensation and is responsible for functions needed in the Employee Services Team. The internship will play a key role in the continued growth and success of the Company. Other key responsibilities include:

Qualifications
Entry Level: Requires 0-1 years’ experience and HS Diploma or equivalent.
Physical requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors and all business associates outside of the health campus.
