Responsibilities:
Coordinate Product Sales and Equipment Rental transactions
Manage the logistics of accurate personnel, supply, and equipment delivery
Set up fixed assets in the computer database
Balance the “cash drawer” and making daily deposits
Load and unload equipment for customers
Inspect equipment before it leaves and as it returns and communicate with the customer about the operation of the equipment, supply, or tool
Consistent and proper use of call pad or other customer qualification tools
Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in the rental industry (construction equipment) preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Skill in using basic computerized equipment
Extensive knowledge of the principles, methods, tools, and equipment used in the construction industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of all applicable safety standards, rules, laws, and procedures
General knowledge of daily processes and procedures of B&G Equipment and Supply
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with coworkers and customers
Ability to record information in the proper manner in both written work orders and computer databases
Required to stay up-to-date on industry equipment changes, through continued education
