Who we seek:
We’re looking for a Sr Global Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This person will work closely with multiple hiring managers across our departments globally. Talent Acquisition is a core strategic driver of BigID’s success, we play a key role in attracting, developing & retaining the best talent.
What you’ll do:
7+ years of recruiting experience ideally in a software/start-up company where you were responsible for sourcing and closing talent
Develop relationships at all levels of the business, meet regularly with leaders to understand business needs, and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies
Source, recruit, interview, and close
Develop unique sourcing strategies, including social networking and direct sourcing, resulting in pipelines that meet aggressive hiring goals
Work effectively with peers and leaders across the company to ensure the selection process results in quality hires
Engage applicants from the screening process through offer negotiation, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
A proven record of creative sourcing strategies
Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment while wearing many hats
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment required
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases, specifically Greenhouse
