The American International School - Riyadh is seeking a certified Middle School Drama Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. Please only apply if you meet the minimum criteria below; candidates who do not meet the minimum criteria will not be considered.

Qualifications & Criteria:

Professional Teaching Certification. (Middle/High School Licensed Educator)

Bachelor's Degree Required.

Minimum of 2-years' Middle/High School teaching experience. (Grades 6-12)

IB Certified Educator.

Current resident of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

KSA Dependent Status: Holder of valid Saudi Iqama (Residence permit) under husband/wife sponsorship.

Fluent English language capacity

Sponsorship or sponsorship transfer is not available for this role.

Able to start work August 11, 2024

Can commit to AIS-R work hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (5:00pm on Tuesdays)

Reports to: Middle School Principal

Terms of Employment:

Salary will be assigned from the Faculty salary schedule; the contract term will be 190 contract days as per AIS-R calendar.

Can commit to AIS-R work hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (5:00pm on Tuesdays)

Dates of Employment: August 2024 - June 2025

Evaluation: Performance will be evaluated in accordance with school policy by the designated Supervisor.
