GPS Technician

We are looking to hire a GPS Technician that reporting directly to the Continuous Improvement Director, GPS & Supply Chain will be in charge of the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Promote “Want to Be Condition “ at Plants

Define & Promote “Europe” Want to Be Condition

Train & Apply WtBc Methodology at Serial “Plant Big Changes”

WtBc at New Projects, Greenfield Plant

Train & Apply Kaizen Workshops Promotion at Shopfloor

Global Performance (OPS & GSD)

Define System to Measure Achievement of Industrial System ( KPI’s Competitiveness)

Deploy Annual Strategy through GSD ( Gestamp Strategy Deployment )

Weekly/Monthly Follow-up, Benchmarking & Ranking

ShopFloor Management

Train & Apply Routines at ShopFlor : Standardisation ( SDCA Cycle) & Problem Solving ( QRQC)

Develop Autonomous Teams for ShopFloor

Train & Apply GPS Assessments at Plants

Promote Mindset & Routines & Tools For Manufacturing System

Create by Mentoring and Training Autonomous Teams in Regions/Division/Plants

Create GPS Main BookBook & Methods and Training HandBook for ShopFloor Management

Key Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or similar.

Advanced English Level. High French level will be an asset.

Knowledge in lean manufacturing techniques and mindset.

Work Experience

1-3 years of previous experience in a similar position.

Previous experience in lean manufacturing and process improvement.

Location: Europe Division main sites - Barcelona, Toledo or Abadiño.
