Job Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to analyse sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support the sales team
Minimum Requirements:
Matric/ Grade12
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years’ experience in finance, accounting, or sales analytic roles.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite Oracle Dynamic 365), Microsoft Excel, and database management tools
Main Responsibilities:
Analyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts
Maintain product and pricing information on customer portals and internally
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and support strategic initiatives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and positioning
Provide recommendations for pricing optimization, product mix, and territory allocation
Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders
Assist in the development of sales strategies, including target
