Key Responsibilities:
Asset Management: Ensure efficient management of all equipment assets.
Preventative Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and maintain schedules for preventative maintenance activities.
Restaurant and Equipment Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers for timely procurement of materials.
Project Management: Oversee various maintenance projects from inception to completion.
Manage Job Card Tracking: Implement systems to track job progress and completion.
Training Development: Create training programs to enhance technical maintenance skills and problem-solving abilities.
Cost Saving Initiatives: Identify and implement initiatives to drive cost savings without compromising quality.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in managing DB Boards, Inverters, Solar, Batteries, UPS, Generators, Refrigeration, Geysers & Heat pumps, CCTV & Alarm systems, and Building Maintenance.Qualifications:
National Diploma: Electrical Engineering or similar qualification.
Operations Management: Experience in operations management is preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Quick Service Restaurants and related equipment is a plus.
