Key requirements
3 years BSC/BA degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field
5-8 years proven experience as a Territory Sales Executive
Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue, field sales experience is preferred
Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPI's
Hands on experience with CRM software and advance MS Excel
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and negotiation, consultative and customer service skills
Key responsibilities
Develop effective territory sales and marketing strategies
Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
Participate in industry or promotional events to cultivate customer relationships
Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
Analyze sales and marketing data to determine the most effective techniques
Find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals etc
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations
Prepare weekly and monthly reports
