Minimum requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Architectural Studies or equivalent qualification at an accredited tertiary institution

2 years practice based experience in project administration and technical documentation

2 years practice based CAD (or similar architectural drafting software) drafting experience

Knowledge in construction science

Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Third language beneficial

Knowledge of the following software:

MS Office

CAD

Caddie, Scetchup or similar programs

Exposure to construction administration and contract documents

Exposure to the preparation of defects lists

Drivers License and own vehicle

Skills required:

Attention to detail

Computer literate

Communication skills

Administrative skills

Organising and planning

Technical skills
