Fitter & Turner with CNC experience

Well knowed manufacturing company in Parow Industria is looking for quilified Fitter and Turner with CNC programming experience.

Use of precision measuring tools In depth understanding and ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings Planning the sequence of necessary actions for completing a job.

Reviewing samples or instructions to understand the specifications for the machine output.

Discuss project specifications with engineers and supervisors to guarantee consistency between plans and products, and collaborate to modify designs when existing ones are not feasible Determine the fixtures, attachments and tools necessary to complete jobs according to specifications, and mount them to machine prior to machining Modify machine speed, tooling and cutting style to ensure precision and accuracy of manufactured parts Oversee cutting process, make adjustments throughout each job, catch mistakes as they happen and take necessary measures to eliminate errors Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet required standards.

Inspect all finished products for accuracy and uniformity to ensure product quality and uphold company reputation Perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks to ensure machine longevity, including lubrication, cleaning and tool replacement Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Values precision and enforces quality standards Ability to understand G-codes Knowledge and fully skilled of CNC Milling and Turning programming CNC using Mastecam software Knowledge of Solidworks will be an added advantage Operating of Universal and Turret Milling machines Operating Centre Lathes Screw cutting Taper Cutting Sharpening of Cutting tools Operating of Slotting Machines Operating of Surface grinders Fitting of Shafts and Bushes Kindly email application to sanetcfw.co.za or apply via website
