Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Cluster Manager located in NELLORE & TIRUPATI. The Senior Cluster Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management and coordination of cluster operations. This includes Co ordination with Bank branch managers, developing and implementing strategies for business growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications

Proven experience in insurance industry Banca CHANNEL in Open Architecture

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

Team Handling Experience

10 Years + Experience in Banca Channel
