Senior Production Manager

Job Title - Senior Manager, Frozen Food Processing (RTC/RTE, NPD and Canning

Role Overview: As Senior Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of production operations for frozen food processing, including Frozen RTC, RTE Products, and Canning Operations

Experience : 8 to 12 years.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage production planning, scheduling, and execution for Frozen RTC and RTE Products, as well as Canning Operations.

Ensure rigorous quality control and compliance with safety standards.

To ensure the processing cost as per budget and identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization.

Lead and mentor production teams to drive performance and productivity.

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Drive New Product Development initiatives.

Oversee inventory control processes.

Provide daily reporting to Head of Departments and Factory General Manager.

To ensure the plant hygiene and floor upkeep and line availability for smooth operations.
