*Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
*Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
*Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
*Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and update guest profiles.
*Process payments and handle cash and credit card transaction accurately.
*Follow hotel policies and procedures for security and safety.
Qualifications:
*Previous experience in a similar front office or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
*Proficient in using hotel management software and other computer applications.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
*Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
*High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality is a plus.
