Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Surat. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support activities, and analyzing customer needs. The role also requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide efficient and effective solutions to customer issues.
Qualifications
Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of the foodservice packaging industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
