Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Magicleaf located in Lucknow. The Sous Chef will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the kitchen where we produce our Zero Sugar Mithai and Zero Sugar Bakery products. This includes food preparation, packaging and maintaining high culinary standards. The Sous Chef will also supervise and train kitchen staff, ensure food safety and hygiene, and assist in planning and ordering supplies.
Qualifications
Culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
Experience in a professional kitchen environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Strong leadership and communication skills
Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Familiarity with Mithai Recipes is a strong plus
Culinary degree from IHM or relevant certification is preferred
Creative bent of mind
