Project Manager

Position Summary:

As a Substation Project Manager at Paradigm, you'll oversee all aspects of projects, lead teams, ensure quality and safety standards, maintain schedules, and update company leadership regularly. We're looking for someone who can blend leadership with hands-on execution to drive team success.

Essential Responsibilities:

Manage construction projects from initiation to closure, emphasizing a culture of top-tier quality and safety.

Coordinate and oversee all project activities within established parameters of cost, quality, and schedule.

Set clear deadlines, delegate responsibilities, and monitor project progress, preparing comprehensive reports for company leadership.

Provide effective leadership to project team members, guiding and directing their efforts to achieve project objectives. Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Thorough understanding of commercial terms and conditions.

Extensive knowledge of substation construction industry practices, legal standards, and market trends.

Proficiency in all aspects of substation installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Ability to manage high volumes of work without compromising attention to detail or quality.

Previous experience in electrical project management is essential. Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED.

5-8 years of project or field execution experience in substation construction, with at least 3 years in direct supervision of substation work.

Preferred: Licensed Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician certification.
