Expected work schedule for the Washington D.C. Ministry Leader:

We offer flexible full or part time schedules. Overtime or weekends may be required for specific events as well as attendance at the annual IFI retreat.

Pay structure for a Washington D.C. Ministry Leader:

IFI provides training in order to equip Washington D.C. Ministry Leaders in personal fundraising. The Washington D.C. Ministry Leader will develop a team of partners to cover financial needs such as salary, benefits, ministry expenses, and pray for their ministry. A Washington D.C. Ministry Leader can expect a salary of $25,709-$80,000 based on experience and other factors.

About the Area and Responsibilities of a Washington D.C. Ministry Leader:

Washington D.C. is one of the most influential cities in the world. It's also home to over 17,000 international students at George Washington, Georgetown, George Mason, and several other universities. This is an amazing place to reach some of the finest students from all over the world from one of the most influential areas of the world.

The Washington D.C. Ministry Leader will establish a ministry location by building relationships with university staff, church partners, and volunteers. The Washington D.C. Ministry Leader will engage in personal ministry as well as mobilize others to host Bible studies, plan cultural events, and share the Gospel. It is vital that the Washington D.C. Ministry Leader establish IFI as a recognized student org, maintain good relationships with the campus, and maintain financial and prayer support for the budgeted needs of the role.

Qualifications Needed from the Washington D.C. Ministry Leader, including Spiritual Characteristics

The Washington D.C. Ministry Leader must adhere to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies. The Washington D.C. Ministry Leader must be a person of character who faithfully extends God's love globally by mobilizing Christians to effectively communicate the Gospel in the context of various cultures.

Education/Experience for a Washington D.C. Ministry Leader

Demonstrated ministry, training and mobilization experience required

Experience in cross-cultural ministry, preferred

College degree preferred
