Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Welcome and greet guests.

Make our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to care for them.

Answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant services.

Take food and beverage orders from guests, and enter orders into the point-of-sale system.

Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests promptly.

Prepare the final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change.

Perform side work as management requires at the start and end of each shift.

Monitor guests' dining experience to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service.

Respond promptly and courteously to requests and communicate guest feedback to managers.

Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Obtain strong working knowledge of the menu by completing server training.

Must work 1-2 Food Runner shifts per week.

Attend all scheduled team member meetings.Requirements:

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Previous restaurant experience is optional but preferred.

Ability to read and understand simple instructions.

Ability to write simple correspondence.

Ability to effectively present information to customers and other team members.

Ability to add and subtract two and three-digit numbers and perform these operations using units of American money.

Ability to operate computer point-of-sale system.

Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.

Food Handler Certification is required.

TABC Certification is required.
