Job Title: Factory and Installation Operations Foreman

Position Overview:

The Factory and Installation Operations Foreman will play a key role in working within and overseeing the manufacturing and installation processes of our closet systems. This individual will be responsible for optimizing factory operations, ensuring product quality, and managing the installation teams to deliver performance and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Factory Operations:

Supervise and lead the manufacturing team to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality.

Implement and optimize production schedules to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of closet systems.

Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to streamline processes and improve product design for manufacturability.

Work within the factory operations wherever necessary.

Quality Control:

Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure that all closet systems meet or exceed customer expectations.

Conduct regular inspections of manufactured products to identify and address any issues in the production process.

Installation Team:

Manage and coordinate installation teams, providing leadership and guidance to ensure safe and efficient installation practices.

Develop training programs for installation teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Monitor installation schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer timelines.

Work and support installation and service requirements as necessary.

Customer Satisfaction:

Work closely with the customer service team to address and resolve any installation or product-related issues.

Continuously seek feedback from customers to identify opportunities for improvement in both product and service delivery.

Qualifications:

Construction and/or cabinet/woodworking experience required.

Prior foreman or operations management experience, preferably in the furniture, cabinetry, or home improvement industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of cabinet manufacturing processes, quality control, and installation best practices.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
