The Personal Lines CSR at ACF Insurance & Financial Services Inc is responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships by handling personal lines insurance coverage inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism through daily interaction with customers, insurance carriers, and fellow employees while conducting specific service and marketing activities.

Established Book of Business since 1991Responsibilities:
Maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-ups and general account support.
Respond to and assist existing clients needs in a timely manner.
File documentation, filing and issuing proof of insurance for customers.
Follow up as necessary with any policy changes or necessary "follow-up" calls.
Service existing personal line policies and accounts as requested.
Reminder calls, texts and emails to help agency with retention of book of business as needed.
Run daily reports to determine which accounts may need servicing.
Process customer payments both in the office and over the phone.Qualifications:
1-3 Years of Customer Service Experience preferred
Possess a valid drivers license and a source of reliable transportation.
Willingness to learn and grow with the agency.
Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professional in developing client relationships and servicing existing clients.
Good organizational skills with an ability to complete daily tasks without supervision
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Have excellent time management skills and enjoys working in a team environment
