Experienced Automotive Billing Clerk a Plus.

Salary commensurate with experience.

$1,200 hiring bonus for an experienced automotive billing clerk.

RK Auto Group is a Virginia Beach multi-franchise, locally owned, automotive dealership. We are looking for an experienced vehicle billing clerk.

Offers of employment will be contingent on successful criminal background check

Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

Process car deals.

Make sure all necessary paperwork is in deal.

Verify gross profit.

Bill out wholesale, retail and fleet sales.

Make lien payoffs and send to banks.

Track titles on trades.

Rebate processing.

Finalize deals.

Run various reports and clean as necessary.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Automotive billing experience preferred
