Job Summary: The Manager will ensure quality food service and environmental services functions for patients, employees, and visitors of AnMed Cannon Hospital.

The Manager will supervise, instruct, coach, counsel and assign tasks to departmental teammates.# They will ensure training and scheduling of teammates for required programs and ensure the sanitation and maintenance of areas and equipment, safety inspections, and updating policies and procedures.

The Manager will maintain the financial records for the department, ensuring the billing of events and the prompt payment of accounts payable.

The Manager will monitor inventory accuracy, stock rotation, controlling spoilage and ensuring budgetary guidelines are met.# Qualifications: Requires a minimum of two (2) years# experience in Food Service Supervision, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Retail Food Service experience a plus.# Associates Degree related to Food Service Management/Technology or related field preferred.# Intermediate computer skills including knowledge in word processing and spreadsheets required.# Must be a good communicator, able to speak and write clearly and effectively.# Required to maintain current ServSafe Certification.# Six (6) to nine (9) months on the job training to become proficient.# Job Summary: The Manager will ensure quality food service and environmental services functions for patients, employees, and visitors of AnMed Cannon Hospital.
