Junior Buyer

We are working with a client that is a World Leading Precision Time & Frequency Technology firm in the design, development, and manufacture of high-precision timing, frequency control and synchronization products for satellite and terrestrial applications. Job description: Multitasking and supporting the materials and purchasing department in all aspects of procurement and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Placing orders

Expediting

Vendor RMA's

Quoting

Data Entry and Maintenance of quotes

Vendor Maintenance and Set ups

Supplier Reports

Assist in resolving Accounting Issues

Requirements:

Associate degree in supply chain, Business or related field

2+ years of purchasing, supply chain, or related experience in electronics manufacturing environment

Experience in ERP systems

Knowledge of MRP Processes

Knowledge or Experience in AEROSPACE (Required)

Strong negotiation skills

Excel and Work Required

Job location: Uniondale, NY - On-Site.
