Job Description

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician - Sterile Compounding - Cary, NC.

Triangle Compounding Pharmacy specializes in custom-made prescriptions, including capsules, injectables, topicals, and other unique dosage forms for human and veterinary use.

Position Summary: The sterile compounding technician will be responsible for compounding sterile preparations using aseptic technique after the appropriate training. The sterile compounding technician will also be responsible for performing environmental monitoring, sending of samples for testing, preparation labeling, visual inspections of preparations for particulate matter.

Candidates with the following qualities will be strongly considered:

Sterile compounding or GMP aseptic manufacturing experience is preferred.

National Technician Certification is desired.

Commitment to teamwork, customer service, basic PC skills, and the ability to learn new techniques are essential.

Must demonstrate excellent organization skills, effective communication, problem solving skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and accountability.
