Exceed Group is seeking an energetic and resourceful Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. Our B2B cellular management solution has seen an 87% growth rate year-over-year and we are looking for a new team member to support this thriving division.
This position offers an excellent compensation package that includes a base salary and unlimited commission potential. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced work environment, and exhibits strong communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calling
Researches accounts and identifies key decision makers
Builds relationships with targeted accounts
Sets appointments for field reps based on daily, weekly and monthly targets
Understands customer needs and accurately conveys product features and benefits
Close sales and effectively cross-sells solutions when appropriate
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS degree or equivalent
1-3 years of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Energetic and highly motivated
COMPENSATION:
BASE plus RESIDUAL commission
$45,000 to $60,0000 realistic expectation for first year if targets are met
