Job Description

Boutique litigation law firm in Washington DC seeks a Litigator, Contract to Hire, – a barred contract attorney with recent litigation skills. Hybrid remote: 3 days in the DC office - this is only open to candidates who can work in the office in DC.

Details:

Contract to Hire Attorney, Litigator, long term, substantive work

$40/hour for all hours worked

Hybrid remote: 3 days in the DC office

Long term/open – ended/possible hire for the right candidate

Must live commutable distance to Washington, DC

A boutique law firm specializing in litigation related to injuries resulting from vaccines

Must have recent experience managing cases and all aspects of litigation, including:

Drafting of demands, motions, pleadings; client interaction; court appearances; taking/defending depositions; arguing motions; appearing on court status conferences, trial attendance - This experience must be on your resume in order for you to be considered.

Required:

Bar admission in any US jurisdiction and eligibility for admission to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. (DC, VA or MD bar preferred)
