Dorabot develops automated warehouse solutions using cutting-edge AI and robotics, including computer vision, motion planning, mobility and deep learning, etc. Covering automation solutions such as induction, sorting, transportation and loading for logistics, express, e-commerce, seaports, airports, manufacturing and other scenarios. Our systems pick, place, load, sort, and transport items of various shapes and sizes using cutting-edge deep learning, motion planning, grasp planning, navigation, and SLAM technologies. Position Requirements

Help improve current and implement overall recruiting strategy and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.

Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to various platforms and events.

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.

Be the main point of contact for establishing relationships with candidates during the selection process.

Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and shortlisted candidates, and other candidate relationships.

Follow up on interview process status and update records in the database.

Regularly update reports on file for multiple positions simultaneously while keeping track of interview & hiring progress for each candidate.

Assist in candidate screening and lead and manage interview processes.

Be able to work independently and communicate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Business Admin or any other related fields; engineering degree will be a plus.

Prior experience in recruitment or human resources, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.

Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools.

Engineering recruitment experience will be a plus.

Good working knowledge of MS Office & Google Suite.

Great social and networking skills.

Highly self-motivated, able to work independently with a high level of initiative and integrity.Company Description
