Immigration Paralegal

Job Description

We are seeking an Immigration Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the drafting and reviewing of H-1B petitions and/or PERM applications for technology clients and health care workers

Assist with drafting and reviewing investor visa applications (EB 5).

Review documents to prepare relevant petitions

Record and store client information

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a immigration paralegal

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
