What does your job look like?

This role focuses on PMO functions but will also require occasional project management of individual project. PMO is responsible to help to establish PM standards, tools, maintain routines, such as reporting. Project managers are accountable for the delivery of YellowPepper's initiatives and implementations according to quality, time, and budget expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary: PMO.

Maintenance a depository and Coordination of project resources.

Management of project tools and templates.

Provides status reporting and configuration management.

Secondary: Project manager.

Understand and execute the scope, budget, and timeline of projects and initiatives, and manage situations that might impact the projects' course.

Create and Maintain project plan, use scheduling software.

Collaborate with the commercial and engineering business units in the effort estimation of new initiatives and implementations.

Facilitate communications, ceremonies and support the activities of delivery teams.

Identify, manage, and own risks that could impact project's delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

Good knowledge of scheduling software, such as MS Project (planning, scheduling, masterplan, resource and budget management).

Excellent organizational skills, project status reporting.

Coordination of resources across multiple projects.

Agile frameworks knowledge and experience.

Assertive communication in both English and Spanish.

Attention to details.

Deep understanding of software development lifecycle.

Understanding of risk management techniques and strategies.
