Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (full and/or part-time) to assist our Clinical Support Care Team with obtaining vitals and processing referrals.

Primary Duties:

Taking Vital Signs

Making and following up on Referrals

Answering phone calls and returning patient calls

Other duties as assigned
