Purpose

Are you ready to take on a new challenge? This is an opportunity to lead and build a critical function from the ground up. As the leader of the HRIS team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and administration of our system of record, SAP/SuccessFactors. You will be a subject matter expert in all modules of SAP/Success Factors, from employee central to talent management. In this strategic and hands-on role, you will lead two direct reports and partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders to refine our People data and processes for efficiency and ease of use. This is a chance to facilitate the planning and execution of SAP/SuccessFactors configurations and projects, as well as workforce planning management with analytics, and building out people analytics reporting and dashboards, as designed by executive leadership. Major Responsibilities

Developing and proposing workforce planning strategies based on our business goals, with collaboration from the executive team.

Analyzing historical data, trends, business forecasts, and costing of support to predict staffing requirements.

Producing regular reports, presenting findings to executive management, highlighting areas for improvement and applicable insights.

Being the lead system administrator for internal workforce management tools.

Developing compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables to communicate strategy to business leaders.

Managing the organization's HRIS system ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data, maintaining data integrity and security.

Leading and mentoring the HRIS team to identify new solutions and enhance current process to deliver new capabilities for the business and users.

Supporting the development of the HR systems strategy and roadmap.

All aspects of SAP/SuccessFactors including maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.

Developing reports, dashboards, and analytics in support of the Business Partner and COE Teams and other business leaders, as needed. Major Responsibilities (continued)

Serving as the HR Technology subject matter expert and partnering with business and IT Stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements for integrations and security protocol.

Assisting in relationship management with external partners and vendors and overseeing the selection, negotiation, and contracting of HR technology solutions.

Building the HRIS & Data Analytics function; actively seeking continuous process improvement, exploring opportunities to streamline and improve processes for increased timeliness and efficiency. Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Education

~ Bachelor's degree preferred

~ Must be a high school graduate

~ Master's degree a plusRelated Experience

Eight or more years of relevant professional experience in HRIS or a related function.

At least five years of combined experience with SAP/SuccessFactors and applicable coding (ABAP), advanced reporting, and calculated field work.

Three or more years of direct team supervisory experience preferred.

Demonstrated project management and experience, including experience with building out - and responsibility for - the human capital analytics function.

Strong analytical skills.

Prior experience in software implementation efforts, SAP/SuccessFactors required.

Established understanding of HRIS technology and their applications within a business. Including design, structure, functions, processes, and analytics.

Experience working with data analytics tools.

Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and operations.

Demonstrated project management experience.

Advanced spreadsheet and database skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Macros, VBA, SQL, etc.). Skills/Knowledge

Excellent analytical skills and statistics knowledge.

Skilled at synthesizing data, organizing, and presenting all results effectively, and providing valuable insight.

Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage ambiguity well and change course when needed.

Ability to interface effectively with senior levels of management.

Strong PowerPoint, reporting, and presentation skills. Certification
