Sales Support Specialist

Job Description

RideNow Powersports Boulder, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team! As a Sales Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our sales team and ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.

Responsibilities:

Assists with website maintenance and ensuring accurate data on all platforms

Takes photos and videos of all inventory and uploads them to website

Ensures all inventory is accounted for and is available for sale

Completes post sale walk arounds on vehicles with customers

Collaborate with other departments to improve sales processes and customer experience

Requirements

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient with media tools such as MS Office Suite

Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the powersports industry is a plus

Pay: $12 - $14hr

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (9:00am-6:00pm)
