Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Hourly pay plus aggressive commission/bonus structure

Short-term Disability Benefit and basic life insurance provided after 90 days (must qualify)

Paid time off (PTO) 96 hours / year initially (vacation and personal/sick days)
