Store Manager

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of store management, including staff supervision, inventory management, sales performance, compliance with regulations, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Experience as a retail manager or in a managerial position

Experience in a cannabis retail setting

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organizing and leadership skills

Commercial awareness

Experience with computers, word documents and email

Have a positive and friendly personality

Responsibilities

Organizing store operations and allocating responsibilities to personnel

Provide leadership and guidance to retail staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability

Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure adequate stock of popular products while minimizing waste

Drive sales growth through effective merchandising strategies, promotional events, and upselling techniques

Hiring and training new employees

Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the store

Returns, refunds and exchanges

Must be able to work well alone and with groups

Implement and enforce security protocols to safeguard products, cash, and customer information

Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes, and ensure staff compliance with all applicable laws and policies
