Qualifications

Education:

Any Degree with computer Knowledge.

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi & Telugu.

Ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to handle a high volume of calls with a focus on quality service.

Ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions.
